DAV Aids Veterans in Disaster-Ravaged States

DAV Aids Veterans in Disaster-Ravaged States

When disaster strikes the DAV is there to help both from the national level and regionally. The generosity of our donors allowed our National Service Officers to offer financial relief to over 200 wounded veterans and their families suffering in the wake of tornadoes and floods in Alabama, Arkansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma and Texas so far in 2015. Local DAV chapters have helped with support on the ground by providing much needed food and supplies, including to some folks in Eastland, Texas.

Saluting Our Nation's Defenders

Days like Flag Day mean so much to veterans, especially those of us who sacrificed our health for this great country. Seeing Old Glory flying is a reminder of the ideals our service and sacrifices uphold.
And your DAV membership lifts up your fellow veterans, supporting DAV's programs all year long. Thank you.
