Dear Robert,
It brings me great pleasure to announce that because of the outpouring of support from friends like you, DVNF has reached the $50,000 goal for our service dog initiative!

Now, veterans with physical and emotional wounds will have a chance at a better life. For some of these veterans, a service dog will help them accomplish typical daily tasks that aren't easy for them. For others, these canine companions can help them to overcome stressful social situations that can be truly agonizing without support.

But thanks to generous backers like you, men and women who stood in defense of our nation will get the help they need and deserve, and we cannot thank you enough for all that you've done, and all that you continue to do.

I will present our partners, Patriot PAWS, with a check in the coming weeks, and I can't wait to put these funds in action for heroes in need.
